Prashanti Ganesh and Sandeep Achanta quit their jobs as assistant coaches at The Quad, a Chennai-based fitness organisation, after coming to one conclusion – that in order to deliver on their passion of helping people through strength and movement, they had to learn. A lot.

As their approach to training and nutrition evolved, they decided that they would have to understand and experience well-established systems and communities that were successfully making a difference in people’s lives.
